"Very clean room, nice staff, good value."

"We didn’t realize the hotel was apart of the hospital but don’t let that deter you from staying there. We stayed in the south corner king suit, it was very spacious, reasonably priced, clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom soaps and shampoo smelled great. The floor to ceiling windows were a great plus too, but best of all, it was very quiet we didn’t hear any other guests on our floor which I like my quiet time so that was a big plus for me."

"Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in."

"Very underwhelming. Looks nice online but missing many small details that a hotel at this level should have. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No closet in the room. Breakfast was really a joke (some packaged muffins, some cereal and that's about it). This is a low budget motel trying to position itself as a mid-range hotel and falls far short. Just not a good experience. Also note, the hotel is not just around the airport area, it is actually attached to the small airport terminal and there is no parking other than airport parking. That was not clear to me on the listing."

"If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer."

"My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing."

"Staff was pleasant, room and facility were clean & quiet, one of the two queen beds was comfortable. Room needed some minor maintenance - slow sink drain, peeling wall covering in the shower, rusty fire sprinkler, etc. The location is not great except the folks visiting the hospital next door. This area of town is institutional/industrial. No view from the room. The continental breakfast was subpar but if I'm not mistaken, it was available 24/7 so there weren't any set breakfast hours (good & bad) good because one doesn't feel rushed to get to breakfast, bad because there is no telling how fresh the breakfast items are. Parking in some spots was tight and the traffic flow was a bit wonky, but there was plenty of space in other parking areas and not wonky. I don;t think I would probably stay here again, but it might be fine for anyone visiting the hospital."
