Less than 3 blocks to community sandy beach waterfront, boat moorage, on-site watercraft rentals, children's activity center, tennis & pickle ball courts and more.

    NEW Kitchen Countertops installed Spring 2023. NEW sofa & loveseat replaced May 2025. Chair added in Primary Bedroom. Refer to updated photos.
