Clean & comfortable! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator. Steps are difficult for me. I would stay there again and ask for a ground floor room. Very nice! Bob Evans restaurant in same parking lot. Bonus!

It smelled like spoiled milk the second we walked in. Very run down and dirty, no hot water. Amazingly the beds were actually comfortable. Will not stay there again nor would i recommend.

Staff was lovely and professional, mattress was one of the best I've encountered in a hotel. There were several stains on the carpet that should be cleaned out or replaced. The listing for the hotel should make it very clear that there is no elevator.

This is a basic property. No frills but has everything one needs for a quick stay. The eggs at breakfast were not made from fresh eggs. Would have been nice to have a toast option and hotter water for coffee. Hence, not of quality and not edible. The scent mechanism in the hallway was way too strong. One can get a headache from it. We did book one room for wheelchair access. We recommend that the owner check the magnet that holds the door open. It is hit or miss. Also, if there is a wheelchair accessible room, one should also offer beds that are lower to the ground. Chances are someone needs to get in to bed more easily if they are in a wheelchair. That said, the staff was helpful in locating a stepping stool. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The person who checked us in ignored us. He was in the middle of checking someone in when we entered the lobby. It was clear we were looking to get assistance. After he finished helping the couple ahead of us he went into an area we couldn't view and it sounded like he was playing online video games. We waited for about a minute and said excuse me and he then responded immediately and checked us in. He did not have very good customer service skills and said maybe 5 words in total with us.
