"We booked for my 12 year old son appointment at Childrens. He is in a wheelchair so we need accessible rooms when we travel. Carpet was wet around the accessible shower bathroom. Engineer said it was housekeeping cleaning carpet but the more I walked with no shoes the more we discovered the water. Moved rooms. Waiting for elevator my son in wheelchair was run into by a huge full housekeeping cart when a staff member with AirPods didn’t hear us yelling her to stop. She ran into him and scraped his face. Then the pool lift was not in working order. The only saving grace was the manager who comped our room was very accommodating. The hotel is a nice looking hotel and in a decent area. Breakfast was good. "

"Wonderful staff and service. Above and beyond with our sick kids and housekeeping, front desk requests, breakfast. Shuttle driver was direct, not quite rude, but understandable since he messes with drunk people from The Stockyards. He was nice when we got to know him. "

"I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem to know how to properly relay information. It led to confusion and made the stay more stressful than it should have been. That being said, I do want to highlight that housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was clean, well-maintained, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, while housekeeping exceeded expectations, the front desk service really needs improvement."

"It had roaches, that heat did not work. I was cold all night. They came in and said it were work in 15 minutes and it never did. It had mold in the bathroom on the wall, the bathtub had a hole in it and it had a mat to cover it. The whole experience was horrible."
