"Staff were friendly and helpful - they very kindly organised dinner for me, and I was the only one in the restaurant but portion sizes were great and well priced. Room was very basic but clean, has strong AC and hot water. It wasn’t the quietest hotel in the evening but its proximity to the airport was what I needed, and I had a very early start anyway. Airport transfer was included in my room rate which was great!"

"Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile. The rooms oceanside were the best rooms of the 2 beach resorts we stayed at and the beach is truly picturesque and the sunset every night was better than a postcard! The staff put on a fiafia on the last night for our family of 23 and it was as we expected, highlighting our culture. I am definitely recommending this resort to other family members and friends and I have photos and videos to show off!! Tofa Soifua Survivor Samoa Beach Resort and we will be back in 2027 to make more memories!!"

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel that I booked it 3 times while visiting family and wanting to get away from family 😉😂getting in “me” time when I could. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the whole place felt relaxing and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Reception ladies were excellent and got me an early check in at 12, they went above and beyond. The bar guys were awesome who served great cocktails & fantastic service with a smile 😊 The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was beautiful & the beach view to die for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly team who made us feel looked after straight away. Our room already had a cot set up for our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot to us as parents. The views from our room were simply stunning. Waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The breakfast and buffet dinners were absolutely delicious, with so many great options every day. The evening shows were also incredible, so much fun and such a great atmosphere every night. We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, my husband’s birthday, and Mother’s Day week, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making these memories so special. "Tim & Maria were the most welcoming hosts - they went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. They gave us so much tourist advice which helped us around both Upolu & Savaii. Would highly recommend Samoan Highland Hideaway."

"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. After being out all day you just want to enjoy some hot water after coming back during the night. The shower also clogged up we mentioned this a couple times and we were told on the 3rd day by a staff member we were turning it on wrong I mean how should we know, my partner isn’t Samoan so by far this wasn’t good for him. Due to this we left the hotel after we couldn’t handle it no more. we didn’t ask for a refund for our last 2 nights we stayed there and there was just no other option besides the apologies from other staff members just had enough. Disappointed! Room 17 do not stay here. A few staff were lovely including the supervisor who’s Fijian and a couple who were hotel staff otherwise I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there X "
