"It make such a difference when the night porter is professional and helpful especially at 2am. Some confusion regarding the parking underneath the hotel. I tapped in on the screen and paid €6 and then had to pay more upon check in which felt very disjointed. Nice touch with the water station on each floor and the breakfast again superb as always."

"Clean room. More of a business hotel with business clients. Every thing was clean and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Location wise outside Ghent so took the uber which costs 10 euro each way. Parking costs 20 euro per day which is the big bear after spending approx £175 per night averge per night. I guess it’s Ghent so everthing is extra everywhere you want to park."

"Loved the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the roof top bar was a nice find for great views of the city. The hotel is a very short walk from the Central station and right behind Grand Place making it super convenient. The food & beer choices at their restaurant could have been better given the options around but not too bad either. All in all loved the hotel and would go back if in that area."

"This was a one night stay with an early checkout so did not have time to try out the breakfast, had a lovely room with a bath and comfy bed, the tv had a wide selection of channels , the hotel itself adjacent to Brussels midi so ideal for the airport shuttle bus . And tube to the grand palace for a bit of sight seeing , friendly staff on check in and out and helpful with directions when reqd."
