"Wonderful family gem. We were there as a multigenerational family on spring break. We stayed in newly updated rooms on the Splash side. Very nice!!! A/C worked great. Nice pool, lots of family/kids activities during the day. They do make every effort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Food is very good for all inclusive. Lots of variety and a new theme menu every night in Coconut Walk buffet. Several restaurants are also available for dining. The staff is the heart of this resort. Very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They now offer beach cabana rentals and offer golf cart rides to them or maybe a 10 minute walk. Truly a great place for your family. "

"We had a great stay at Castles in Paradise. We stayed in Villa 7 which has its own private pool with a beautiful covered, shady patio as well as 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a beautiful view of Savannes Bay from the villa. Bonnie, Giselle and Avril made us feel welcome and provided advice about things to see and do on the island. They really provide top notch customer service. You need a car here so you can see the island. The resort is about a 10 min drive to UVF airport. There is an amazing fine dining restaurant near the airport called Fayes Gastronomie Artisan which is not to be missed. Fayes also has a gourmet market where you can buy high quality provisions for your stay. Fayes has meats, fish, fruit, vegetables, snacks, drinks and a wine shop so you can stock your fridge at Castles in Paradise (our villia had a full kitchen) in case you don't want to eat out all the time. There are also local grocery stores. There are also beach bars/restaurants about 10-15 min away and also Kayak on the Bay about 20 min in the other direction in Praslin for a wonderful activity. This is a great place to stay in St.Lucia if you prefer a quiet peaceful property away from the more touristy crowd in the north of the island. We drove to other parts of the island but if you don't feel comfortable driving on the left on curvy roads, I think you can hire a driver for your trips away from the property. "

The space was impeccably clean, the bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook and the host was so so helpful especially for the first two days I was there! The accommodations and management of the property did not meet the reasonable expectations of transparency, consistency, and professionalism typically associated with hospitality services. During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. "Love the stay here, house was very nice, needs some ac in the common areas but besides that it is beautiful! A lil rocky to get to the actual villa but I guess no one extra would be coming either lol bedrooms are nice and big with comfy beds. The host is amazing!! Right on call for everything you need even set us up with a chef whose food was wonderful!! "
