"Gebuchtes Hotelzimmer war nicht vorhanden, somit war ein Check in nicht möglich und wir standen ohne Hotelzimmer da. Besetzte Rezeption hatte keinerlei Ahnung was sie tun sollen und holten immer wieder jemanden anderen um uns letztendlich zu sagen dass sie kein Zimmer für uns haben ."
