"This one bedroom apartment was just perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The place has a well stocked kitchen, you can cook up a meal or bring something back from town to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is not centralair, however the portable air conditioner worked just fine, kept us cool. Would stay at this location again."

"This a great place to stay in Manitou! It’s a beautiful old house that’s been updated and it’s walkable to town! We spent a lot of time sitting in the big porch, especially in the mornings! Joanne was very easy to communicate with and she even installed a tv in the master bedroom for us!"

"We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out...
