"We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out...
