"Fabulous spot! "

"The owners were wonderfully welcoming, the unit looked out onto a lovely garden. Great location for cycling and walking. "

"Kate and Shane were wonderful hosts during my recent stay. The continental breakfast was perfect and had the bonus of nice yogurt, fresh fruit and fresh eggs too. I could not have asked for a better place to recover from a day being battered by headwinds on my bike! I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thanks again to both of you for your wonderful hospitality."

"We had a wonderful stay at Dansey's Pass. The staff were amazing and it's such a special place. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next stay."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay, thank you for the nice touches that made us feel welcome."

"Seven of us really loved our stay in this quaint little cottage. Warm and cosy with the addition of some delicious fresh bread delivered daily, we’d highly recommend this holiday destination. Thanks for a great time "

"Place was convenient "

"Older property so was initially worried about the bed but it was surprisingly comfortable and there was a heated mattress pad! The bar/restaurant was busy with a good vibe and the fish and chips was excellent with a light tempura coating and perfectly cooked! The berry crumble for dessert was light and delicious. The staff was excellent, friendly, attentive."

"Lovely place to stay"

"Awesome night away ar The Little Red School House, so peaceful and relaxing with the outdoor baths"

"We stayed here for a wedding 5 minutes away in Tarras. It was a perfect location for us. Amazingly roomy space with clever layout. Very private, we didn't actually meet the hosts."

"Loved it so peaceful"

"The advertised location as being on the Otago Rail Trail was incorrect. In fact it was 17 km from the trail in a different town so we couldn’t even get there. Very disappointing."

"Great location , hosts excellent , attention to detail first class , great food package and breakfast , highly recommended "

"Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the facilities, kitchen & bath. Bonus was a washing machine provided."
