Great stay

We had an excellent week at this lovely villa. A couple of issues on the first day that the hosts helped us to resolve super quickly. Otherwise, it’s a lovely property in a quiet area and close to the beach. The gates around the pool are perfect for stopping little ones getting into trouble. Thanks for a great stay

Pros: The villa is superbly located with plenty of room and all mod cons. The pool and outside area are a brilliant place to soak up the sun and relax, and if you want the beach is 5/10 mins walk away with lots of beach bats to drink and eat at. Will go back as loved it thank you

Pros: We enjoyed the high level of privacy of the villa. With only a short drive to touristic locations we experienced the location as truly peaceful and beautiful. The BBQ was working great and so was the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Wifi was working properly. We loved the garden and especially the large typical spanish bouganvillea. Thank you for a great week, we had a great time

Loved this place

This villa is located to all amenities just a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops. Duquesa port is a short drive away or you could walk along the beach on a nice sunny day or warm evening The villa is large with lots of space for everyone. It has every thing you need inside and out. We had a smooth hand over of keys and they were always on hand if you needed them for anything. I would definitely recommend this villa it is in such a lovely area run by lovely people. I will be going back

Pros: Lovely villa peaceful child friendly nice pool good amenities definitely need a car as recommended . Air conditioning only in living room a little disappointed with this as one bed room has three glass sides quite hot even in September. Only thing l would suggest bed linen and towels were a little worn could do with up dating. Over all we enjoyed our 10 day break.

Roomy villa with a pretty outside space

We had a lovely time at this villa which has a pretty outside space. Located in a quiet area and within walking distance (10 mins) of a couple of restaurants & the beach. For us the outdoors was much nicer than the inside with plenty of comfortable sun beds, adequate pool for cooling down (only shoulder height even in the deep end), well kept garden and the upper terrace with sea views & a great place for an evening G & T. The sun is on the patio area from around 9am-7pm and then up to the top terrace to watch the sunset. Inside the property it is probably typically Spanish with dark furniture & tiles & dark wooden tables but it is a practical villa that has plenty of space. We had a car and explored all the costal area’s so a great location as a base. The port is pretty with many restaurants & bars ( 5 mins in car) or reachable by walking along the beach in about 40 mins passing several well rated cherungitos for refreshments. Jenna the management representative was super helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries & check in was easy - Thank you for the water & fizz .

The villa is much bigger then the pictures, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All very clean

Pros: The villa is much bigger then the pictures, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All very clean and neat. Provided with plenty of towels, linen, kitchen equipment. Smooth hand over of keys. A gardener comes over in morning to water grass and give pool a clean up. If you don’t have an early rising toddler you would never know he has been, very quiet and discreet to not interrupt your holiday but if you do talk to him he is very friendly. The outside space is great, nice fenced off pool (great safety for our three year old( plenty of loungers, shaded eating area, outside shower, bbq and a roof terrace to watch the beautiful sunrises. Very safe in sense that our car was in a provided space and locked up. Whole area could be shut and locked. One small thing to note is air con is only in the front room but plenty of fans are provided and it wasn’t a problem for us. Location of villa is nice, dependant on what you want from a holiday. Two minute walk to the beach, in a quiet residential area. 5 minute drive to shops, promenade, port. We went in summer holidays and although a thriving area it wasn’t bogged down with tourists everywhere. 30 mins to a water park and Gibraltar, 40 to Marbella. Very reasonable prices and good communication with owners and the letting agents. We would stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home for our perfect memorable family holiday.

Sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub mit Möglichkeit viel zu sehen, wenn man ein Auto hat.

Pros: Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten, die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern. Klimaanlage funktioniert super, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage sehr ruhig. Wir fühlten uns rund um wohl und würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Einmal die Woche kam ein Gärtner, welcher auch sehr nett ist. Innerhalb von ca. einer halben bis einer Stunde erreicht man z. B. mit dem Auto Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar & Malaga. Cons: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß, durch die nahegelegene Autobahn. Man braucht ein Auto.

Pros: Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit viel Ruhe verbracht. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass Pool/Garten völlig uneinsehbar von außen waren. Die Bilder in Internet sind wohl schon einige Jahre alt. Das Haus weist doch schon ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren auf und sollte bald mal renoviert werden. Die Spülmaschine war nicht immer zum Spülen zu überreden. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet mit Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Liegen, usw.

Pros: Huset ligger nære stranda, men det er fordel å ha bil for å komme til ønsket del av stranden. Huset har et middels stort basseng som det er greit å avkjøle sei i, og for barn å bade i siden det ikke er så dypt og er inngjerdet. Uteplass er bra under tak med bord og sitteplasser, det er 6 stykk solsenger. Huset har det som trengs av utstyr for matlaging og AC i stue/kjøkken. Soverom har ikke AC men løse vifter, ville vært bra med takvifter.

Wij hebben geen kleine kinderen maar kunnen ons voorstellen dat de voorzieningen zoals kinderstoel, box en kinderbedje en uiteraard het hek rond het zwembad ideaal zijn.

Pros: Boligen i seg selv var fin og med fungerende løsninger. Kjøkkenet var utstyrt nok til å kokkelere til 6 personer. 2 bad, det ene hadde dessverre litt mye lukt fra sluket ved flere anledninger. AC har kun effekt i stua, kjøler ingenting i huset ellers. 3 soverom, 2 av de inne i selve boligen med fullverdige senger, det siste soverommet befinner seg i et påbygg hvor senga max kan være 140x175. Vi som reiste 4 voksne og 2 barn hvorav barna er så små at en helst vil ha de nær foreldrene levner en veldig liten seng til 2 voksne. Et fint uteområde, bassenget var fylt med vann, men selve pumpa til basseng og boblebad fungerte ikke. Det medførte at den lokale vaktmesteren (naboen) var innom mer eller mindre hver dag for å lappe på feilene. Dette medførte at den private effekten av å leie en egen bolig uteble da han låste seg inn når det måtte passe. I løpet av våre 2 uker var han innom minst en gang hvertfall 8-10 av dagene. Boblebadet var varmt noen dager, ellers samme temperatur som bassenget, kun fylt med litt skitt og boblefunksjon, anbefales ikke. Siste dagen skulle barna bade en siste gang, men da vi stod opp var vaktmesteren der allerede og nektet de adgang, boblebadet var også tømt. Anbefaler egentlig ikke dette huset uten at det fremlegges garantier om privatliv og dersom noe skal fikses så må der faktisk fikses, ikke bare lappes litt på, vår ferie ble betraktelig redusert i kvalitet pga vår ukjente gjest. Bil er nødvendig!
