It features 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming spacious living room furnished with style, a flat-screen TV, a dining area with glass table and chairs. In the balcony, there is a dining table set to enable guests enjoy meals while admiring the lateral sea view. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen free of charges.

There is also a dedicated free under-ground parking with secure access and more free parking space outside the residence. There is an outdoor swimming pool for the residents, a garden and a communal area for preparing meals and enjoying sun bath near the pool.
