Do you dream of peaceful holidays but with the possibility of walking everywhere? Then this comfortable fully equipped accommodation awaits you! Indeed, just 10 minutes on foot, you will discover the beaches and port of La Duquesa, and between 2 or 300m, bars, restaurants and supermarkets (Mercadona, supersol, carrefour express..)



The apartment that can accommodate 6 people consists of:

2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both have built-in wardrobes and a dressing room)

A folding bed for children.

Two bathrooms (bath and shower) and a weighing scale

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, toaster, electric fryer, citrus press, salad spinner, potato masher, toaster)

A laundry room with washing machine, portable tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A dining room and living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a television with Spanish and French channels and an electric wood fireplace,

A sunny terrace (S:SW) without overlooking neighbours, with a barbecue, garden furniture, a telescopic clothes line

A reversible air conditioning

The private complex is completely secure. It has two swimming pools and two children's pools, as well as beautifully maintained wooded gardens and a relaxation area.

On the side of the residence, you will find a large children's park, a basketball court and a skate park 200m away. The first golf course is 2 km away (golf and beach holidays in Casares)



In the heart of Andalusia, you can easily reach Estepona (15min), Marbella (30min), Malaga (50min), Gibraltar (25min). A bit further, Ronda, Seville and Granada.

You can also spend a day on the African coast by taking the ferry (35min crossing) from Tarifa.

An excellent accommodation

We have spend 3 lovely and very comfortable weeks there. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including even such things as beach toys for kids. We would definitely come back. Thank yoi for the experience.

Good apartment but bad service from ZapHolidays

The apartment was nice and had almost everything we needed. A baby chair would have been nice though. The pool area was fantastic. We did miss somewhere close to buy drinks and ice cream. The big problem for us was when we arrived. The apartment wasn’t cleaned and there was a big pile of laundry in the hallway. The Zap Holiday office couldn’t be reached by phone and we didn’t have a car so I had to run to the Zap Holiday office before closing to make my complaint. It wasn’t the best start to our holiday and I wasn’t impressed by the compensation we got.
