South west facing first floor three bedroom apartment with air conditioning and wifi. The apartment also has a fully fitted recently refurbished kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a large lounge with patio doors leading to the balcony. The balcony has views of the well kept gardens and sea.



The complex is located on the beachfront and has a large lagoon style swimming pool, underground parking, 24 hour security and is just a short walk to either Castillo de la Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa.

Tof appartement leuke indeling en goeie locatie .daarom komen we ook terug. Zorgen dat de verwarming in winter inorde is en de slaapkamer geen water binnen krijgt bij stevige regen .

Lovely apartment....

Location, plenty kitchenware, knives, forks, cups, glasses etc., this is really helpful. The air con was really low, could not get some rooms cool enough, I think it had been restricted. When paying premiums for Los Granados, I expect air con to work well as a basic requirement. Pillows - they are simply useless, sorry to be so blunt, but why can we not have normal solid pillows, rather than the light, non supportive pillows provided? They really are hopeless. Please consider changing them.

The views and location. It is a very beautiful apartment. The topper on bed in 2nd bedroom is very lumpy and needs removing or replacing. Also there is a bad smell from bathroom plug holes even after someone came and tried to fix problem. I used lots of bleach and air fresheners.

Nice and spacious apartment

Nice and well equipped apartment with plenty of space. Nice area and garden and good location close to restaurants. Many rules in the pool and strict and too few opening hours. Children were not allowed to play. I would not recommend this to families with children, it was not children friendly treatment from the staff in the pool.

Great place to stay on for vacation

I really liked the area. Clean, close to the beach and many interesting places. Will definitely recommend it to my friends a contacts ! Thanks, M. We had a bad experience with no hot water for more than 2 days and half (with the long weekend due to labor day), I would appreciate to have this fixed earlier !

El apartamento es confortable y bien equipado. los espacios comunes son amplios y bien cuidados. Los espacios del apartamento están saturados con los enseres del propietario lo que impide que los enseres de la familia ocupante se puedan instalar de forma cómoda y adecuada. Deben mejorar la limpieza de los cojines, tanto del salón como los de la terraza. No están las tumbonas que aparecen en la fotografía de la terraza.
