An excellent location close to beach walkways, restaurants and bars. Several grocery stores within 10 minute walk. Taxi stand just across the street. Apartment had huge patio, good sized living room and dining area. Kitchen is small but was fine for the two of us. Bedrooms also comfortable. Outside can be noisy in the evening, the price for being close to everything. Some minor hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner.

Host was excellent and readily available to contact. Safe, secure with underground parking and literally a minutes walk to Marina but far enough to avoid loud music. Fully recommend with huge terrace and all amenities.

The apartment is in the centre of Duquesa, near the marina, beach and supermarket. Great communication from Richard, easy to book and easy to check out. Good pool with loungers and great terrace.

Loved staying in this apartment, so close to the port & all amenities. Sun terrace is amazing all day sun. Just a fabulous all round apartment. Tasha who met us was very helpful explaining everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach view was lovely, Richard was easy to get hold of. Lovely balcony, lovely area and apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately the fridge/freezer broke a week into our stay, which made things tricky. Whilst one was sorted, it came the day before we left. We are aware these things cannot be helped and apart from this the apartment was excellent.

This apartment is in an ideal position right next the the beach and port. The check in was easy and we were well looked after by Karen. The apartment is clean and tidy has everything you need. We have loved our 7 days there and have booked again i would highly recommend this to anyone

Apartment was great had everything we needed. The terrace was amazing, huge. Lovely views, great location. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the 2nd bathroom walk in shower needs a new head, the water spouted out all over the place.. we will definitely be returning.

Very impressive apartment with a most helpful owner

Very easy to communicate with the owner who responded very quickly to queries. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to meet Tasha who provided us with the keys and an introduction to the many wonderful features of the apartment. Amazing TV with a wide range of programmes to suit all tastes. Underground parking space was most welcome. Excellent position, yards away from Arkwright's Supermarket with a wide range of British products for those who feel more comfortable with home goods. Nearby restaurants and bars catering to all tastes at reasonable prices.Our only problem was with the very low double bed - quite a problem for us old fogies !

Room for improvement.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 nights in August 2023. It's in a great location, with use of a lovely pool and there was never an issue finding sunbeds near the pool. It's a large apartment with a beautiful sun terrace and the interior has nice, modern furniture. Unfortunately there were some issues that adversely affected our stay. The whole apartment needs a deep clean. We had to mop the entire floor on the first day. We also had to wash the pillow protectors. They were stained and smelt of sweat! The windows were ill-fitting, most were not lockable except for the outside shutters that we had to keep shutting each we left the apartment. There was a safe in the wardrobe which would have been nice to use. However, it was broken and we were informed that it had been for many years. There is a lot of noise from outside, especially late at night & early in the morning (traffic, the shutters on the underground car park and people waiting for taxis at the taxi rank opposite.) This might not have been as noticeable if the windows were better fitting. There are two showers. However, the shower cubicle was not usable due to a dirty, blocked shower head so the water was reduced to a trickle. I did try to sort this myself with some lime scale remover. But it didn’t improve. It was advertised with whirlpool bath in the ensuite bathroom but again this had mould & dirt in the jets. The kitchen needs restocking with simple items such as small bowls for cereal and glasses for juice.

We stayed at this apartment for seven nights and had a really good experience.The owner was extremely helpful throughout, always responding quickly to messages. We originally booked for two people but later asked if our son could join us and the owner confirmed it wasn't a problem almost immediately.The apartment was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We found everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived.A special mention goes to the owner's local agent, Daphne, who we communicated with before our arrival and was there to meet us at the apartment, making check-in smooth and stress free. She even got in touch about some shoes I had left behind and what to do with them.The large terrace was a real highlight, complete with four excellent hotel quality sunbeds, making it a great place to relax. There was a pool which we did not use, so can't comment, but we did take a look & found there was no one around.The dedicated underground parking space was another big plus, especially in the hot weather, as it meant getting into a cool car every time we went out.We also noticed a great selection of board games in the apartment, which would be ideal for families with kids.The Smart TV allowed us to log into our own streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also watched BBC using our VPN, which is to be expected when travelling abroad.The location is excellent, right next to La Duquesa Marina, with a wide choice
