Spectacular luxury detached villa with private pool, WiFi, TV with Netflix, alarm system and is just a short walk to the beach and Duquesa.



This villa is an ideal sun and beach escape. Lots of room for privacy with 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a private pool, outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and hot/cold sink, outdoor seating on 3 terraces and a pool deck, tropical garden with citrus trees, tiled fountain, sea and mountain views.



Large master bedrooms on both floors with ensuite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. The upstairs bedrooms walk out to the large terrace.



The villa also has secured private covered parking for 2 cars with access to the villa via a set of stairs.



Perfectly located just a 10 minute walk to beaches, promenade and Duquesa's marina with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. In addition there are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, gym and a medical center only a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

Fantastic Villa

Everything we could have possibly needed, well equipped, safe, secure, comfortable, clean & modern. Lovely pool & bbq area. Not to far of a walk to the main centre. We all had a lovely time.

The spacious feel of the villa The modern decor Fully equipped, even spices for cooking bBq area Beds super comfy inside and out Pool temperature Amazing villa Close to supermarkets Pool went green after a few days and was told it’s the volume of people it has had prior to us arriving. Took 5 days to clear but was told it was safe to swim in. Just didn’t feel right Air con couldn’t cope with the extreme heat so living room never went below 24 degrees No welcome pack - usually we have had the option / gift of the basics to get you going, especially in a luxury villa. At least supermarket is down the road

10 days family holiday

One of the best villas we've stayed in recently, clean spacious, with a fantastic outdoor area and BBQ. Location is fantastic, a short walk to nearest supermarkets and just a little further to beach, restaurants, harbour and everything else we needed. Some minor work needed to be done to the villa but was sorted quickly. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location

The villa is situated in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the marina . Two minutes walk to 2 supermarkets next to each other and 2 restaurants. Very modern villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Very clean and particularly liked the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area . Unfortunately there was only 6 sun beds for a villa for eight . 2 of which are on the balcony . Also you have to pick the keys up from the estate office and drop them off again .

Great place with good amenities close by

Our week at the villa was great, the place was fantastic. The only issues were that there is no safety deposit box available for use so we had to carry passports around. The villa had alarms but if you are out and there is a break in by the time anyone reacts to the alarms your items would be gone. There was also an issue with the pool which we reported to the management company, the pool man did attend but it did not seem fix the issue properly and the filters did not seem to work so we did not use the pool as intended. Apart from these two issues which are easily fixable the place was fabulous.

Beautiful Villa in Manilva

We rented this Villa for a week visiting family that lived here. The home was perfect for a large family. Open kitchen, floor to ceiling glass to connect the outside in. Kids loved the pool and I loved the large grill. Can walk to the grocery store and its a 3 minute drive to the port where all the restaurants are in the area. Property management was great. We had an ant issue coming from the laundry area and they corrected the issue within hours of notification. Would highly recommend and will rent again when we come back. A lot of dirt from the lawn area caused an issue with the kids going in and out of the house. Would either push to get the grass more established or put down walking stones. Would also would have liked a welcome packet at the home. Maybe describing the coffee makers, laundry, TV, WIFI, favorite restaurants in the immediate area. There was a basic description but I think with this size home, a little more detail would be warranted.

There were a number of small maintenance issues that need attention. Toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom is not secured, alarm on sliding door off kitchen fell off (we left it on the counter top),
