  • The luxurious apartment 'Marina La Duquesa Beach Resort Apa' is centrally located in Puerto Duquesa, just a stone's throw from the beach. It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Fibre Hi Speed Internet, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Full written instructions for all appliances — including air conditioning and fans — are provided in the apartment welcome pack.



    The property features a private balcony, a shared garden, and a common area with 4 shared pools and 2 paddle tennis courts. There is also a private open terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the views.



    Thanks to the convenient location, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Gibraltar airport is 36 minutes by car.



    Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street, including an underground garage.



    Pets, parties, and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. No other people than the ones on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Elevator and step-free access are available.



    During the summer season from June to September, four swimming pools are available for guest use. Their opening hours are subject to lifeguard attendance and are displayed at each pool entrance. Please note that pool opening times and requirements are controlled by local authority and government legislation and are beyond the control of the owners or the development.



    Welcome packs are available on request for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Please describe your requirements at the time of booking. Note: bottled water is not provided as the apartment has a reverse osmosis filtered water tap, giving you high-quality drinking water direct from the tap.
