Звукоизоляции в номере нет от слова "совсем". Окно выходит в коридор, штор нет- соответственно, спать приходится со светом. Матрац неудобный. В туалете нет крючков повесить полотенце. Единственный плюс- чистота и расположение

Very convenient and very cheap! Location is very nice at it is in an areas where you could easily grab something to eat if you don’t want their menu!

Trying hard.

No internet. No elevator. Only 3 parking slots. No dining area. Did not get the room I booked but was transferred. First room had a tv that was facing nothing but a wall. It’s more like an apartment. It shouldn’t be on hotels.com.

Mediocre room - un working air con

Air con and wifi not working. Can't get a refund. I'd be very careful staying here. In fact I would not recommend anybody else staying here due to poor maintenance.

The staff was absolutely amazing especially cheery nothing was too much they really made our stay at zen rooms Tomas morata the best can’t wait to stay with them again definitely a 5 star rating for the staff here
