There was some small issue with the sink leaking and the cable service being subpar, wifi is non-existent so be prepared to have your own data plan on your cell, security and admin response are great though, and the location is great being near to just about everything you might need to go to.

Average Condo

The place is not bad, concidering other places Ive spent money on. We were greeted by the zenrooms staff. We were asked for a 2000 pesos deposit upon arrival. They were curteous and friendly and one girl even returned to the room to give us one extra towel. The view of the city is beautiful as its on the 27th floor and has a huge window by the bed. The cons are that well I did see roaches (and they had just sprayed the building?) But thats something typical here Im beginning to see. Also, we didnt receive any bathroom tissue. I dont know what zen is shooting for here but if its some type of condo service, they are still long from getting it down. Also, the tv channels arent cable at all. You pick up only pinoy channels and only some at that. Lastly, the tv isnt smart so you cant cast. Its a good place to be at of youre just passing by and need a place to sleep I guess. The surrounding are great as you have many shopping areas and dining locations at your disposal.

ホテルの住所が分からず1時間も近くをタクシーで探しまわり高額な料金が発生した！currencyビルのなかのコンドミニアムを利用したホテルでホテルの看板もなく、ホテルの名前で検索しても違う場所が出て、ホテルに電話してもカスタマーセンターに繋がるだけで凄く困りました。もっと場所を特定できるような工夫が必要だと思います。

Good: We stayed for two nights and if you're on a budget, it's alright. It's quiet and there are convenience stores nearby. The room we were in has a nice city view. The girl who helped us into our room was pleasant. Important info: This is not a hotel. This particular Zen Room is more like a city VR, which means you're basically renting a unit in a condo building. Needs improvement: The room was very dirty. The microwave hasn't been cleaned in what appears like months. There were bits of meat and dried sauce inside of it and when you open it, it smells terrible. One of the throw pillows had stains on it that looked like dried blood. There was dust everywhere and there were no toiletries at all.

Isa lang yung pool for kids and adults...which is napaka liit pala ng pool tas need pa ng proper attire to use it, I don't know but I am pregnant how can I wear 1 or 2 piece...although di kmi nagtanong kung pwd na ung suot ko kasi malaki naman na ung signage about the rules using the pool ...also, wala kenta ung tv kasi limited lang ang mapapanood wala pang kwentang channels...ano manlang may HBO or Cinema 1...Okay naman ung unit,malinis kaya lang wala manlang basahan, door mat, tas ung kumot kailangan mo pa sila itx para mag provide....over all okay lang kasi mabait naman ung staff na nag entertain samin..Malakas din ung tubig, at malinis ung unit, malakas aircon...

What I like if he room, it has a refer at least, the refer was not a standard size . I dislike to let them know that there is no data, we had to remind them 60% of our stay. This is not acceptable

A must stay , without overpay.

Great room for the money , the only thing I didn’t like , is that they give you a sheet only to cover you up while sleeping, other than that , very comfy , roomy , good AC , and hot water , also, the gym was adequate, and the pool clean .

Not good.

No hotel sign to help you find it. No reception desk, just building security guards and receptionist/assistant on call.. No toiletries except for too little liquid soap too on the dirty big canister.. My request to add more was ignored. No bef comforter provided, just a thin flat sheet as blanket. So cold. No water in the morning, they didn’t provide for emergency supply. Electrical socket beside bed has 2 slots- for wifi router and night lamp. Nothing for cellphone charging. It’s like a dry run operations. Not fully operational?

Ortigas overnight

The internet didn't work, but was labelled as super fast. The foam mattress was not comfortable and the airconditioner (not split system) above the bed was noisy but, otherwise, a nice unit and nice manager.

4泊しました。室内清掃が一度も無く、最初に置いてあったバスタオル２枚だけだした。 後から聞いたらタオル交換は毎日５００ペソとのこと エレベーターが夜中に１０分しても来ず、業務用のエレベーターで１Fに行くと 客室用のエレベーターは開きっぱなしで止まってた 建物にZENとか全くかいてないので、とても探しずらく、タクシーで知ってる人は皆無。　　その他、改善してほしいこと４つありました 最悪

Good location but

Good: Location Bad: Air condition is noisy and shower water are not hot enough Overall - very conveniently located - near metrowalk, malls and main corporations HQs, pool and gym seem nice (didn't try them). Local team helpful. Room is clean. But it's not an ideal place for business though due to too noisy aircon and shower water not too hot.

I really like that the place is so convenient to shops and restaurant. The unit is clean and tidy when I got there. Ed was really nice and helpful. He was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Overall, I am pleased with the place. I highly recommend it.

I booked the room thru Expedia and requested early check in. I bet Zen rooms are not that busy type of inn or something. They ask me to wait for an hour or two. I was hungry, tired and sleepy. I'm shaking my head with disappointment and irk. Anyway, when I got inside the room, it was an okay room for me. Not that spacious, no free bottled water, I know lots of nice hotels with the price I booked to Zen Rooms that have free bottled water and coffee. Also, no slippers, the soap container and shampoo are far with each other. I even need to step out of the shower to press the soap container. It's hassle, dark light inside the bathroom. Chairs were not cleaned up properly, the fridge have stains still. They collected 2 thousand deposit, that's a lot, compared to other nicer ones like 4 star hotels they collect 1k or 2k. Overall, I did not feel at home or welcome, I just rest anyway and did not overnight. I worked in a hotel so I have background about hospitality. Regretful

Nice location.

Nice and clean place. Great location to malls and local business district. Room is a small condo but has all you need. The only issue was that I had to exchange towlels a couple of times because they were permanently stained. Would definitely stay again.
