It is important to note that this is not a hotel. It is similar to air bnb, or private condos for rent. The person running these has quite a few of them, and they are located in different towers of the MOA Complex. Because of this, you must note, which tower are you in? That is first. Secondly, it just was not clean. There were long black hairs on the bed, there were long black hairs all over the floor, there were coffee cups in the cupboards that were half full of rotted sugar, etc. The pillows in the unit I had are similar to bricks. I could not use them because they were so hard that it hurt my neck. Come on! Comfort when sleeping is important! The contact number does not always reply to messages. I have stayed in other 'condotels.' The condo should have instructions for guests about 1. Garbage disposal 2. Use of the swimming pool. 3. Check out procedure (where to leave keys, etc.). Guests should not have to search for this information. The great thing about these rooms is the location. Good cheap restaurants nearby, such as Manny's Diner. An Alpha Mart. Plus MOA is walking distance, which is obviously hundreds of stores and restaurants. For the issues this place has, I would say it is priced double at what it is worth. You can stay at many hotels right in the same area for the same price and not have these issues to deal with. That is what I am doing today, as a matter of fact, as I write this review.

First of all I booked a room in tower ‘B’but I was given the room in tower ‘A’.. and the room was deffernt than I found and booked online. Only few staff are very friendly and others are rude in responses

Contact number is outdated
Tried to contact the number provided online but nobody answers. I believe is outdated. It's never been updated. I don't understand how the Philippines operate their business. It's ridiculous! Room is not comfortable. Booking accepted for 5 adults but we found out later from the owner, maximum room capacity is 4 adults. It's too late to cancel. We do what we have do.

Check-in is not good. The information clerk don't have information where the keys are. So we called the number written on the itinerary printed and the man said it's a wrong number. The room that i booked-in was still occupied so we were transferred to another unit. No washing machine, no bed pull-out or sofa bed to accommodate 3 persons. I slept on a sofa that is very uncomfortable and woke up with back sore. The location is good near to the mall and restaurant.

Spacious condo close to Mall of Asia
The condo was one of the largest we have stayed at Shell Residences and it was very close to the Mall of Asia. However, customer service was less than desirable. We tried 3 days in a row to get a room cleaning and even though we would have had to pay more for the cleaning the staff was too busy to take care of us.

I paid but didn't get my room....We were told that they can't find us in the system??? We waited till 3am till orbitz finally decided to transfer us to a new hotel. People are rude here!

Awful Experience
Worst experience ever. We arrived just before midnight only to have the security guard tell us that they don't have our reservation. I showed them our confirmation email which had the tower and room number we were guaranteed by Hotels.com. There was no real check-in system. All the security guard had was a printed out sheet that he riffled through for over an hour. There was no type of management at this property so we sat and argued with the head security guard until 2 am. He told us there was nothing he could do and that it was our responsibility to call hotels.com. As international travelers we had no phone and no way to communicate. The security guard offered to let us sleep in the lobby. Lovely. He then suggested we try across the street at Hotel101. As we had no choice we then crossed the busiest street in the Philippines with our luggage only go have Hotel101 charge us 2000php over their normal nightly rate. We arrived there at 2am and offered us no kind of deal. There average rate is 3200php and we were charged 5200php. This was also 3 times what we were already charged to stay at Shell Residences. We called hotels.com yesterday and they we were also unable to get a hold of Shell Residences. This proves our point of how terrible our experience was with this vendor. Hopefully hotels.com remedies this situation by refunding us in full for the non-existent Shell Residences accommodation and for the one we were forces to take at 2am. This totally ruined our last night

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! A SCAM YOU'LL BE CHEATED!!!
We were cheated out of the room! The condo owner gave our room away to a customer that could stay longer! Don't trust this place! The security and Condo/Hotel management REFUSED TO HELP!!! They claim they don't own the rooms that are rented out! They just hand out the key of the owner! We talked to the owner and she was not willing to help!!! WE WERE CHEATED!!!

Well everything in the apartment was broken handles on draws and couldn't open them because of poorly fitted and quality. The bedding was dirty and smelly . The bathroom was dirty and the smell was awful. And went tried to use the pool was confronted by a member of staff wanting us to pay . And the noise from outside from work and traffic . We felt like a dog in a kennel it was that small . We could of stayed at d circle which was twice the size for not much more Really bad taste and to think you rate and recommend the place is in bad taste too . I will be looking to get a refund

Worst customer service ever. No host at check in. Cleaning lady got us checked in after 3 hours of waiting. No towels or toiletries in room... Coudnt get TV or internet to work. Tried contacting host again by calling and text never did call us or text back. Finally the next morning we got in touch with her but she never attempted to reach us. Kitchen utensils must have come from childs tea party set. Broken handles on pots and frying pan, cereal bowls so small couldnt really use them, no can opener or even spatula. The fees charged are different from your website. No balcony even thou wituscondotels own website says there is. I hate being decieved. Hotels.com needs to do better job ensuring what these places say is the truth. Very disappointed. Why pay cleaning fee moved bed trash underneath. Only good thing about this was location.

Hotel itself is great. Location excellent.
We arrived and found there were no keys. The room is privately owned and it is up to the renter to organise keys from the owner. We were lucky and the owner only took an hour to arrive!!!!!!!! Could have been worse. The room was full of cockroaches. There was very little in the way of cooking equipment. 1 tiny saucepan and little else. The free WiFi was dodgy at best. Awful experience.

Reception- the receptionist will ask you to call the condo owner for the key (not written online) Receptionist doesnt have phones to be used by guest so if you came from abroad(other country) you will be needing to use your roaming or find other phone lines (no such as smooth check in lol) Pool- The pool has additional fee of P150 or P300.00(holidays) per person but it was not written online. We thought its free. If you didnt get any voucher (as per security) before the holiday, the admin office is closed and you dont have any right to use the pool. The receptionist cant accept any payment so if you and your family arrived during holidays and want to use the pool, The only option is not to use the pool (you are not allowed) Terrible coordination. Parking is P700 per overnight but if you use your vehicle within the day and you took it out of the parking lot, another parking fee (goodluck)

I booked a room for December 25-27 nobody shows up and I waited for 3 hrs to check in and no one can really help me out. No one answers the phone and hotel.com 1800 number not working either. Is this a great way to spend Christmas??? Give my money back!

There is a lot of nice things to say about the facility. Awesome lobby. Nice playground for children very close to MOA. However nice the pool is the pool operator batch feed the chemicals, meaning hand filled. Never ever do this . A chemical burn can occur. All chemicals need to be fed through a pump. Read the aquatic councils guidelines. I have seen such cases as a health inspector. Also there is NO hot water at the hand sink nor kitchen sink. There is no water pressure on the 4 th floor. There is a little warm water in the shower. I cut and scraped my face while shaving. You shave in ice cold water. Very bad! The designer of the room must have lost there senses. The bathroom is compact. You bump your elbows it is so tight. There is a washer in the bathroom. However no dryer. You have to hang your clothes in your room, which is small. The room is not functional for a family. The stove is beside the entrance door and very small. The pictures online are nice but the truth is the facility is not meant for a family On the good side , The concierge is the best I have ever had. Thank you Honey and Katherine My advice is if ice water doesn't bothrt you then this is your place. Personally I will never be back. There are better places at the same price.... with hot water in the shower and hand sink...... better water pressure too

The only negative was on a first night the aircon shut down at midnight could not find ways how to restart it, the next day we called the owner and the owner responsed right away which considerably not his fault. so i gave smiling icons just for the heck of it.

My family and I booked this one room condo for 10 days. It was described as being able to sleep 5. There was a double bed with a mattress underneath, and the sofa folded into another double. However, there were only bed linens for 2 beds, and only 2 towels. The kitchenette had no can opener or toaster, and not enough plates or bowls for 5, and only 3 chairs. There was a washing machine but no place to dry clothes and no iron. The wardrobe door could not open properly without catching on the drawer below. The room faced a construction site, and from about six every morning we were unable to sleep because of the noise of jackhammers breaking concrete and the noise of pipes and reinforcing being cut. Walking out the front lobby, I looked to the left and saw 8 high rise cranes. In the other direction there were five. If you are used to sleeping in a construction site, this is the place.

最悪!!
フロントではチェックイン出来ず、コンドミニアムのオーナーか担当者に連絡しても 作業が遅い‼️ 片付けで待たされ途中連絡しても電話に出ず、結局到着後2時間かかった。 おまけに部屋は汚ないし! 写真は綺麗だったのに残念! せっかくの楽しい旅行が台無し!! 予約時に到着時間知らせてるのに到着から2時間はないわ‼️ 次は普通のホテルにします!!
