Checking in was such a breeze. Angelica and the rest of the staff at U Hotels have been very lovely and accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

Nice cafe and most staff were nice. Was bothered by manager who agressivly questioned whether i was a guest at the hotel despite me being in public cafe area while paying for coffee and this made me feel unwelcome. Take security deposit on credit card but though they run card at checkin refuse to run reversal at checkout or give recipt or any paperwork at all (despite acknowleging there will be no charges) and say return of deposit will take weeks.

Inadequate amenities and hot water is not reliable. They also can do better on cleanliness of beddings. Water also does not drain properly so there is always water in the shower.

Everything was good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that was less then perfect was that our room did not have a window, so there was no natural light. We were not aware of that when we made the booking. On the bright side, we didn't have to worry about the early morning sun waking us 😁.

Staff and cleanliness are excellent. Room have no closet, bathroom shower is very bad condition , clothes hanger is too high and they advertise they have refrigerator in the room they only have chiller/ cooler we have medication that need refrigeration and when you remove the key that chiller shot done also , the lights should be the only one to shot down.

Great hotel in the heart of the city.
This is my second time staying at this particular hotel and it definitely did not disappoint Again, the staff especially Loraine was amazing; so super friendly and greeting me everytime I walked past. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. The proximity to everything was perfect it's right in the heart of Makati and about 30 minutes from the airport, about a 300P taxi ride away. Next time I'm in Manila I'll definitely be staying here again.

I highly recommend U Hotels in Makati to anyone traveling to Manila, Philippines. This place is convenient, great staff service, the even have a mini cafe downstairs in the lobby with a great menu for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/ or even just a place to relax and enjoy your coffee. The hotel is located in a good area in Makati, lots of food options are at walking distance, a 7-eleven near by and even shopping malls. I look forward to booking this place again for my future travels.

I stayed for approximately 13 days in this hotel in their standard double room. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Burgos St with plenty of options for eating around the area within walking distance. The room itself is quite basic but comfy and the employees are quite friendly. Biggest opportunity personally for me is the internet speed which I know is not entirely within the hotel's control. For guest who stay for a longer period a bigger personal fridge might be better also to fit any foodstuff and drinks. Overall a pleasant stay.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel right in the center of the Heart of Makati and about 30 minutes away from the airport. I loved this hotel, the staff are SUPER AMAZING, greeted me everytime I would walk by, made me feel truly special, even though I'm not. The room I had was spacious and the bed was great I just personally wish they had some more hooks or furniture in the room to hang stuff. Not only would I stay here again I have already made another booking here and looking forward to my return.

Okay hotel at the end of P Burgos Street, Makati. The first room given me was not what I booked. It was a smaller room. I had to wait until late afternoon to check into the correct room. Breakfast service is slow. After I ordered breakfast it took 30-40 minutes to receive my food. The maid cleaning service for my room was good. Sheets were changed and towels replaced. Room had mini fridge and hot water kettle. The AC worked fine and quiet. Only 8 TV channels. Two in English.
