Welcome to The Iconic where Luxury, Location and Convenience resides. This side-by-side Family Suites A, 24.20 sqm & B with 24.05 sqm, a fully furnished condo of 2 BR with Balcony, 2 Toilets and Bath for both units and overlooking the Makati city skyline at SMDC Fame Residences.
Keyless entry & self-check in is available, sleeps up to 8 guests, 2 TVs & Netflix, Washer & Dryer, each unit has AC & WIFI speed of 100 Mbps.
No connecting door inside the units.
2 dedicated side-by-side parking spaces, 1 is free and the other parking slot with a fee of P200 per day, in Tower 3, Level 5, Slots #136 & 137 which are located inside the building.
The daily maximum allowed to use the pool is 4 pax per ADM policy, open daily except Monday.
