We had an amazing stay at the condo. Rowena showed us everything and how we can use the utilities. The condo was clean and provided us comfort stay. This place is highly recommended.

The place was very accessible, gave us a great comfort and safety, as the guards were continuously checking around the vicinity. We had a nice and enjoyable swimming time at rhe pool and it was all fun!

very convient location.Rowenda was very helpful.The plants outside my balcony were beautiful,place is well kept up.would consider coming back in the future,if theres a room avialable.

We stayed in the Condo 209 Pearl from July 5 thru 25 2019. I must tell you I was very impressed with this place the caretaker Rowena was very polite and courteous. All the amenities are very good! The WIFI was fast! The air-conditioner was superb for hot days. Everything was close if you want to go shopping. “Grab” is best way to use if you don’t have a car rented. It’s the best way to go everywhere also is the best way to use and order food if you just want to stay in for today. This condo has everything! I have 3 kids and they all love it! We definitely will be staying here again in the near future!! Thank you for recommending this! It’s definitely a home away from home!!!!

Mohamed Salsabil Great Condo, feels like home. At our arrival, we found the rooms in a spotless condition, furnished to a very high standard. The air-con was silent, the Wifi was fast and it was nice to be able to take one flight off stairs and not to wait on the elevator. the Matresses and the sofa were comfy and the kitchen was clean and we loved sitting in your beautiful balcony. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and entrainment. but the cafe bar in the clubhouse was good, great amenities too- swimming pool, badminton court, gym, and Skylounge etc. Overall very good value for money. Thank you Emil for your hospitality. We will see you again, Highly recommended.

Staycation at Rosewood Pointe Residences
Overall, it was a very comfortable, convenient, relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condominium unit is clean and with complete items that we need. Rowena, the household staff, is very helpful. I requested for balloons and cake as a surprise for my son and she purchased those before we came. We love the community, everything is inside already - pool, gym, store, etc. Thanks to the owner, Mr. Emil for very good communication with us. Will definitely stay again or recommend to my friends.

Rowena was very good in looking after us during our one week stay at the condo. Condo was in very good condition. Having no parking space was not an issue as there are plenty of ways to get around the area.

Could not have chosen a better place for the price
Absolutely perfect location for my first visit to Manila. Rowena, the housekeeper, was there to meet me and show me all there was to know about the condo. It was perfectly clean, well equipped and comfortable. So happy to have air-con in the bedroom! WiFi was strong, great selection of channels on the TV for my friend to watch her favourite channels in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped for the occasional dine-in times, although there were many delivery options too. The condo has copies of menus, and detailed instructions on every facility within the complex. We used GRAB cars to get around, and their service to and from the complex was excellent. Would have no hesitation to book again on my next trip. Highly recommended!
