Our building is centrally located in a 22-building condominium at Urban Deca homes Ortigas right in the middle of Pasig and Cainta. Walking distance to SM East Ortigas, Major Banks, 7/11, KFC, Mercury Drug, Super8, Mission Hospital.

The unit could only comfortably accommodate 5 individuals.
Extra person is charged for 265.00 each.

The unit is an inner unit in the 2nd Floor of Bldg N so network signal is inaccessible. An elevator is also available.

Bedroom 1 has double-sized foam only, no bed so the room can fit max of 3. Bedroom 2 has a single-sized double deck and a big cabinet with overhead shelves. Both rooms have air-conditioning.

TV is equipped with NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, HBOGO AND YOUTUBE. Powered by CONVERGE WIFI.

The kitchen has a standard build. With hanging cabinets, a refrigerator, electric water heater, a single induction cooker, rice cooker, microwave and all other basic utensils and essentials. When cooking, you MUST ALWAYS turn on the induction hood because the unit has smoke detector and may trigger the smoke alarm. If you can refrain from cooking smelly food, that would be great. The unit could smell funky quick due to its size and how it was designed.

Shower has water heater. Toilet with bidet.

There’s an 8kg capacity dryer for your laundry.

5 gallons purified water is FREE. Also, bathroom tissue and kitchen tissue.

We can only provide 4 towels maximum per stay. Soap and shampoo is provided.

Limited snacks and alcoholic drinks are available. See pricelist attached at the kitchen cabinet. Necessities (napkin, toothpaste) will be found on the bathroom shelves. NOTE: All items are counted upon check-in and check-out.
