Good functional stay
Great hotel with very friendly staff had some issues with wifi for work and my room has some noise issues with machinery outside the window which made sleeping difficult good breakfast.

I got hurt at this hotel due to a leaking aircon from the ceiling. When I told the staff it was leaking, twice they came to check but never came back to fix it. I slipped in this room. When I reported to the desk, the manager asked me if I had any witness… I mean the question should be are you ok. Been having back pain since. I took pictures to show her but it’s as if she thought I was just being a “Karen”. Didn’t want to say anything but they need to fix that AC to avoid anyone slipping. It’s right in front of the shower and can be a hazard if someone was rushing out of the shower.

The room was not clean. The brekfast buffet was really poor. The staff was not able to find a taxi, I waited for it 30 min. The area around the hotel is really shabby. Not recomended.

Helpful and friendly staff and guards except for one of the girls at the front desk. Decent amount of restaurants that are walking distance. Cleanliness could be better in the bathrooms. I did find a cockroach on the wall on my first night.

Facility is good and new condition. No attracting nearby. Easy access for 7-11 and KFC. People here at hotel are willing to help. (One point is although this area claim to be Makati but still far from these malls. Consider is not that safe in the evening.

It was good! Unfortunately, i think the you have to get check your bedsheets if stained or not. Overall, the room is comfortable and the staff are all accommodating. Food for room service was very good! I commend the chef 👍

Not bad!
This hotel is great for no frills business travel. The room is clean, beddings are nice and toilet has a nice touch on mirror lighting. WiFi internet is @10mbps. Overall the hotel is pleasant but inconvenient in finding places to eat and it is far from the main shopping areas. I was on the second floor and can be noisy. As mentioned by others who reviewed this hotel, if management would provide blocked out curtain liners, (not sure if provided in other rooms) it would add to having the experience in this hotel much more satisfactory. Lastly, improve your hotel signage, a bit difficult to find.

This property was very comfortable for the most part. the room was clean, spacious, and had a very warm feel to it. The bed was comfortable and the view was ok too. I felt like maybe we overpaid a bit for the restaurant and load of laundry, but these are all optional amenities. The buffet breakfast was quite good overall.

Affordable hotel in the Makati area
The Hotel is new and spotless. The room is big with wooden floors and a big bathroom. I had views of Manila from my room which included a buffet breakfast. Good value hotel.

A very average/meh standard hotel
Good: Staff were wonderful and prompt Bad: Wifi was very slow and inconsistent A lot of wasted spaces in the room No shower curtain No tea bags included, only coffee Breakfast was quite mediocre Location is near but not very near Makati shopping area, and is on a one way street Basically a very standard hotel that ticks the necessary boxes but is uninspiring. The saving grace were the friendly and prompt staff, but the rest was just meh.

Overall my experience here is not too bad. Only two things. 1. Breakfast should be ready somewhere around 6:30am. 2. Noise from street. Rooms facing the street especially lower floors having Otherwise, i was happy to stay here :)

The whole hotel smells like a chemical factory! Overpowering refresher in d common area n d room smells like a softener factory! 2 cheapskate treadmill in d hallway does not constitute a gym! Only plus is although d staff r still inefficient, they were friendly. Left my room empty n checkin to another hotel.
