Property was as described and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was easy. Overall was excellent for a budget hotel. We used it for my wifes family to visit Manilla. We had the room that sleeps 10 and it worked out great.

Great budget stop
If you're looking for a decent budget hotel in the area, this is the one. Check-in was easy. Staff were accommodating. Room and bathroom were both spacious. Air conditioner worked. Didn't see any bugs. Bed was comfortable. Got a solid night of sleep.

A Simple Plain Place To Stay
I stayed here with 2 of my friends for an overnight get together. The room was basic as it has no television but the air condition is really cool. The blankets though are thin so either I recommend you to bring a thick one if you prefer a cool room temperature. There are also no toiletries available even tissue roll so don't forget to bring some. There's also no heater in the shower and the clip where you can hang your bidet is missing / not available so you'll tend to just place it at the sink or at the floor / side of the toilet bowl. There's also no wifi connection in the room so be sure to bring gadgets and downloaded contents you can watch. Otherwise, go outside the area to eat since there are lots of restaurant around.

Good stay for short term travel. Though they have cabinets I don't like it you don't have your own locker. Walking distance to Shangrila Mall. Bring your own toiletries.

No customer service & lack of staff training
We have booked 3 rooms (1 family room, 2, double bed) already but the reception and the manager insist that we should pay more and charge 500 pesos for the exceeding no. of our family member, we are 10 adults and 3 kids ( the forst room that we rented have 2 bunk beds and 1 queen size bed while the ither 2 rooms consist of 2 double beds each room which we are so comfortable to sleep already however they said the family room should have 4 pax and the 2 other rooms should have 2 pax each so we need to pay additional 500 pesos per head for the exceeding members, so we decided to refund and book in a much convenient with full facilities and parking where we can leave our car with full security. (solaire)

Though its budget hotel but they could still improve especially in customer service. Still need to remind for basic amenities like towels.

Perfect hotel for those travelling on budget. 10 of 10 would recommend :) Very accommodating and friendly staff. We'll definitely consider booking again with Ortigas Budget Hotel. :)

格安で、清潔、スタッフが笑顔で感じがよい。
通り沿い側は、車の騒音がうるさいです。中庭側は、静かで落ち着けました❗すぐに、部屋を変えてくださり感謝です。使い勝手は、良かったです。マーケットも近いし、 立地いいです。
