Absolute disaster! No one knew where the hotel was including taxi drivers, locals and police officers. Google maps and Waze could not locate the property. Phone numbers for the property did work. Eventually when we arrived there was no name on the building and the name of the property was incorrect.
No reception by staff, no one seemed to care.
Staff struggled to open the combination door lock...
Once in the room, agent points to cooking area .... however no cooker, coffee available but no water kettle....
Reserved (and confirmed) a single room with queen bed.... but room had 3 bedrooms with single beds so my partner and I had to sleep in separate rooms....
Was told they were fully booked but when I tried to rebook online (just to check) same room was still available...
Asked to speak with Operations Manager ...I am still waiting for her to call me back!!!
Absolutely pitiful !!! Horrendous (and obviously non-existent) customer service from management / executive level.
I have worked in upscale hotels all over the world as an executive manager for over 33 years and this is by FAR the worst experience I have had... really it is!
Never again ....
