I booked for a studio suite but was given a regular room. I asked the front desk if its the correct room and was told that expedia send them that I booked for a regular room. I showed the e-mail from expedia stating that I paid for a studio suite. I was transferred to a regular suite instead. The room seems old and smaller than a studio suite. I think I didn't get my money's worth. The toilet/bathroom is not clean. Shower curtain is not clean and stained with im not sure of. The room smells like smoke. The people from front desk is aproachable and kind which is the only good thing happened.

Property location almost accessible to everything but it is so dirty. So dusty, smelly, lots of gnats and they bite. Bathroom got flooded and mice came out from the drainage! We changed rooms but all all were the same. We saw insects crawlling and ROACHES running all over the place that we have to kill them so they won’t crawl on us. We’re not able to sleep so we changed hotel even if our three nights were already fully paid. Very disappointed!!! Will never come back to this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED at all !!!

The only good thing about this place is the Location. It is very convenient to get to all the green belt locations right across from gate 1. I didn't like the hotel condition as everything was very old and dirty. The worst was there were so many Cockroaches everywhere, even woke up with one crawling on me, for this reason I didn't get good sleep and will not be returning.

Overall, it was a great deal for the price we payed for our room. Aside from little bugs found in the shower, we got what we paid for and was happy with it. We had issues with the WiFi, as we were not given the password upon arrival (and assumed it was the number in the keys), and it seems like we are also unable to cast to the TV although it seems like the TV is castable to.

Good place in central Makati
LPL is across the road from Greenbelt Park in Makati, idealy located whether you are in Makati for business or pleasure. This is an older property, now managed by Reddoorz from Indonesia. The rooms are a bit dated, but were larger than average and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

False advertising! They claim that they have a safety deposit box but there’s nothing. The door can be opened by a plastic card. Toilet is dirty and supplies are none during check in. You can hear noises coming from other rooms.

I would to commend the staff from front desk, security desk and house keeping people most specially to James Dominguez the hotel supervisor who truly took care of me personally for all my last minute needs to get around during my stay. I would definitively come back and stay at the property again!

The place was very clean, comfortable and enjoyable to stay. It is located in the a street across Greenbelt and very close to shops and restaurants. Great location and close to the Airport. The staffs were also very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. The only negative thing we noticed that it was noisy upstairs or the rooftop and the tv and wifi signal was very weak and we have poor reception but apart from everything is okay. .

Bad hotel in Great location
The location is really good just across Greenbelt a very fancy shopping area. All you need is just walking distance. The staff and great too really nice. The hotel is really old and run down. Inside the room is old and lots of bugs and cockroaches. No garbage can or utensils or cups as in nothing g so if you want to drink coffee or tea in the room you won’t be able too. The air condition unit is so noisy.

good location, but beware of "room 900"
good location, but we were first assigned at "room 900", obviously not a guest room, without door number plate, floor without finish, no fridge and no kitchenet, maybe a staff room. next day after complaint we were assigned to a better room, but if the stay was for a night, no remedy for that, so I don't recommend this place.

It’s location is great opposite Greenbelt 1 & Greenbelt 5 Malls & Shops & lots of Restaurants huge room with lots of big Windows overlooking Greenbelt although it’s an old building it’s ckean & staffs are friendly & assistive & although 5 nights I stayed the wifi is ongoing repair & finally just enjoyed wifi on my 2 remaining nights.

The place is good , clean and very confortable. It is a walking distance going to greenbelt wherein we had a dinner with our friends. Airport is very near and I was able to checkin in an earlier time than my usual.

My reservation at Expedia was for a one bedroom suite. I was told that in their system it says an RD room which, upon inspection was a small standard room. I was told that even if I booked other kinds of rooms in expedia, I will be given whatever room is available at check in. I do not think that is right.

LPL Suites Strategically Located.
The room is simple but spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I requested a microwave oven and it was handed in less than 5 minutes. The location is very convenient for almost everything even going to the domestic and international airports. Most important, the room price is affordable. I will be using that place again.

Location is great: Close to Makati Comm'l Center
The hotel's facilities need to be repaired and upgraded! It's major plusses are its location(accessible to the commercial establishments), its very friendly and accomodating staff, and its linkage to good resto's for breakfast! Some rooms have no wifi, amenities are minimal, bathrooms need repairs, tv sets are still of the tube variety...

Budget hotel in a great location
We had an issue with bedding after booking a room for 3 adults for 5 nights. The room comes with a double bed but the site indicates that a rollout bed is available, which we asked for when checking in. We assumed that that since we'd booked for 3 adults there would be no additional cost and no mention of additional charges was mentioned at the time of check in. We were supplied with only a thin foam mattress which just laid on the floor but as we were staying in the hotel following a significant family tragedy we were prepared to overlook that under the circumstances. However on checkout we were advised that we owed an extra php950 per night for the extra bed (php4750), I was very upset about this extra charge given the bed was just a foam mattress on the floor. The hotel was insistent that I pay the additional charge which I disputed. After some discussion a compromise was reached and I agreed to pay part of the charge. This unfortunate event only served to make an already stressful time for us worse. I found this to be very disappointing because beside that issue the staff are always friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a fabulous location. I believe there would have been a better outcome if the additional costs were mentioned at check in. I'm not sure I will stay at Lpl Suites in the future.

Nice location - but other then that disappointment
Got into the hotel everything seems okay, until i started using the toilet and it was clogged after one use. After fecal matter and a cockroach came from the side of the toilet. No in room safe. Felt the building was very old, apparently it was an old office building they turned into a hotel. They offered me another room, but i left for another hotel. I don't recommend it.

Location location
Location is great, greenbelt mall across the street with lots of good eateries and a small supermarket. Shops for as far as you want to walk including "the landmark" department store, huge multi story with everything you could want, in easy walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel itself is quite old and looks a bit tired but given the location, you shouldn't expect too much for the price. The rooms are comfortable enough and fairly clean, given that it is a bit old and probably due for some refurb, which I think really needs to include the plumbing which was only just adequate. Our stay was only brief but I would consider staying again just for its location.

Just Across Greenbelt in Makati
The positive part of our stay is that the hotel is just across Greenbelt. There is plenty of shopping and eating options. There are plenty of fast food, high end restaurants and convenience stores within 10 minute walking distance. The hotel staff is nice and courteous. Within walking distance of Ayala Museums. The downside to our stay are the following: 1) It is obvious that the front office is either understaffed or inefficient. While attending to the guests the front office is always busy with internal office tasks. Their attention is not totally focused on the guests checking in, checking out or getting their breakfast vouchers. 2) Poor sound absorption of walls and doors. Conversations, foot traffic and closing doors are heard loudly inside our rooms. 3) There is some unpleasant smell in the hallways. 4) Cockroaches present in rooms.

Det positive var beliggenheten! Ellers var det meste negativt. Svært lite stemte med beskrivelsen jeg fikk ved bestilling. Fantes ikke kjøleskap, vannkoker og safe. Ingen telefon på rommet. Ødelagt gulv som man lett kunne skade seg på. Nesten ikke rennende vann i springen. Svært støyende aircondition anlegg. Ikke daglig rengjøring som lovet. Bare besøkt for skifte av håndklær en gang på fire dager, på oppfordring. Heller ikke da rengjøring. Måtte rekvirere toalettpapir. Heis som var svært ustabil og ofte ikke gikk til min etasje. Dårlig oppfølging fra ansatte
