Hotel SoGo N-Edsa is the BEST place to stay nearest to Ayala Malls Trinoma and SM City North Edsa! You can't ask for anything more. All my needs were provided ahead of time! Short or long-term stay while in Manila, Hotel SoGo N-Edsa is my place.

Staff was friendly but soap dispenser broken..was hanging on the wall and they dont Provide tissues,floor dusty ...i ask if i can book the taxi in the reception..but they just said..i have to book in my own...w/c is fair enough..apart from that..i enjoyed my stay..thanks to the boy who changed my bed sheets for the first day sorry can't remember his name 😀

I like the easy accessibility to shopping malls, train and other public transport. But i do find their service lacking in professionalism. The hotel would do better to consider having rooms available for family with 2 double beds.

Tv remote was not working properly, most rooms complained about the AIr condition. Wifi is poor. Though the place is clean and very accessible to transportation.

Fix some things

My stay was ok..the booking procedure lacked in many ways..So many little things really made my stay ok..booking the hotel through hotels.com was not pleasant. Trying to book into another sogo near the airport was not pleasant..overall i did have some fun but something needs to be done with bookings and policies

Staff were very attentive. Was a bit dismayed about a non-smoking room smelling like cigarettes but overall it was a pleasant stay.

空港から遠いショッピングモールに隣接するホテル

・宿泊客は現地人カップルばかりでラブホテル同様 ・建物の壁が薄く隣部屋が騒がしいと眠れない。別の静かな部屋に変えてもらった。 ・空港から１時間も離れており、ケソン市に滞在する目的で格安のホテルに泊まりたい場合のみお勧め。

Cheap. Worth the savings for me on a 11 day stay

Hotel had problems finding my reservation. Then initially told me my check out time was 1 am and woke me up at 1 am to inform me. But I think it was due to the difficulty finding my reservation. Got it cleared up. It is cheap but not bad. FYI: no daily room cleaning and bed making and no daily shampoo. But worth the savings for me.

Annoying Staff

We checked in and checked out after an hour. Very noisy and just wondering why the staff are always asking if we were checking out every time they see our faces. i felt like i am not welcome n their hotel

소음과 실내공기가 너무 탁함

트라이 노마와 MRT를 이용하기에 편리하지만 서음과 실내 공기가 너무 탁하다. 특히 옆방에서 들리는 음악소리는 너무 크게 들려와 수면 방해를 받늘 정도 였다... 다시 이용하라고하면 어려울 것 같다.

One night sleep over only.

Your smack in the thick of things. Location is not bad. Your next to the LRT and a big mall across the street. Other than that the hotel is more like the DMV. You want in and take a number. I think it's mostly used for short stays 2-4 hours. The beds are like hospital mattress made with a plastic liner. Hotel was run down. I would never go back to it. I had a cancellation on my other reservation so a took a chance.

It is not a Hotel but rather a short time Motel.

My rating above only reflected my experience during my one (1) night stay. It would be unfair for this place to be rated with a hardcore negative feedback only because it simply does not fit a hotel category. I booked for six (6) days but only slept there for one (1) night with my two (2) children. Upside of it is I made my room onto a storage for my luggages and went for a hotel hopping depending on which area I frequented which in the end was quite enjoyable, flexible and worked out cheaper for the rest of my stay in Manila.
