The bed was extraordinarily squeaky, the WiFi was incredibly weak and for the vast majority of the time, totally unavailable inside the room. The room with the toilet and the room with the shower were both small and separate from the sink area. Also, the water was cool or cold about half the time, if not more. I should have known by the name "ZEN Rooms" that the facility is not a hotel at all...and our room was described as a "Dormitel Room" on a plaque on the wall inside the room, which also stated that the establishment is not to be held responsible for any of the guest's property if stolen from the room. My room mate (a Filipino) and I were very disappointed on practically every account with our stay, and I, personally, was shocked. I would have cancelled my stay and required a refund if that had been an option. The photographs that Zen Rooms Golden Panda QC show online are very old photos, and do not show the current real look. I forfeited the last two nights of my 16 night stay there...willing to lose the money I paid in advance. I hate giving such a terrible review of my experience, but I have to be honest. I would not recommend ZEN Rooms Golden Panda QC to anyone I know.

Spacious room with lots of cabinets....separate water closet and bathroom...I like the sink placed outside the water closet - dual purpose for washing eating utensils and for other washing purposes

Thee only thing i like is the location. That's it. They're very strict with the visitors. Shower heads are very old. You can't relax because you hear the noise of the ambulance in the wee hours of the morning. Room lighting is too dark. They don't even have lampshades. Guards don't open the door even if they see you're holding a handful. Light switch is inside the shower room. Who does that? So everytime you take a shower it gets wet. I guess that's dangerous. The lobby and the exterior is so dark and gloomy. Overall, i won't recommend this hotel. Half star.

Mate más de 10 cucarachas... creo que sobran más palabras. No me cambie de hotel porque llegue de madrugada, porque si llego a la habitación a las 20 de la mañana no hubiera dudado en irme a otro hotel. Las camas pequeñas. Mido 1,75 y se me salían los pies... No recomendable.

우선 냉장고 및 식수 음료수도 없고, 침대 화장실 그리고 tv만 딸랑 있음. 도로 옆에 있어 특히 필리핀 대중교통이 지프니 등 오토바이 소음이 객실로 그대로 들림. 너무 시끄라움.

Like a nightmare
Really bad service, reception gets off from work at 9pm. Can’t even check in when we arrive. We’ve been waiting forever then when we finally get to the room, there is no hot water. Basically terrible experience.
