I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe.

Hidden gem in Ortigas

Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the malls. Very secured property. Comfortable beds and high quality linens, towels and pillows. They provided toiletries, wifi and netflix. Only one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Check that the room has been fully cleaned because we saw a bottle of C2 in the freezer , biscuit crumbs under one bed, little stain on the comforter and a couple of crawling insects. We didn’t mind those things a we are not fuzzy but other people might not like it.

No toilet paper provided. Had to schedule time in pool and gym in advance and never said you have to schedule in advance. No laundry on property even thought it says there is. Only once key.

On arrival on Sunday night, i was informs the amenities would be closed for cleaning on Monday. I understand this however to use the amenities, one must book them in advance and are given a specific time slot. I could get arounf that however what i couldnt get around were the number of cockroaches in the apartment. Every cabinet i opened was full of roaches. I immediately left and booked another hotel. I tried to contact the property with no success. Expedia tried to contact the property, alsonwith no success. Do not book here!

기본상태만 세팅되어 있습니다. 다만 큰타월만 있고 작은 타월은 비치돼있지 않습니다. 그리고 2bedroom인데 다른 곳들에 비해 면접은 좁습니다. 그러나 올티가스 내에서 이동하기에는 위치가 매우 좋고 건물이 지어진지 얼마되지 않아 깨끗합니다.

Good for 2 or 3 nights..

Not a lot of reviews to go by on this property so I'll do my best to try to help. This is a privately owned handful of condos in a residential high rise that are available for nightly rent. It's not a hotel. And perhaps the name is a bit of a misnomer. There is no service here. You don't get your room cleaned every day. I stayed 5 nights and by the 4th day the towels were smelly, the linens needed to be changed, the toiletries were empty and the garbage was piling up. And I was ready to leave. It's a new building in a great location with high security. The room is brand new and well appointed but very cozy to say the least. The internet was spotty. The a/c was right next to the bed and a bit noisy for me. The biggest problem I had here was the pool. Though no fault of the owners, we had a very creepy experience. The pool is not indoor and people from the adjacent office building can see it. I was with my gf and her two nieces. Three very gorgeous ladies. I noticed all the men coming over to the windows to gawk. The girls did too. But what made it so creepy was when I figured out they were all doing it from the urinals. Disgusting! Needless to say, we left immediately. That pool area needs to be covered with privacy glass. I personally wouldn't go back here because of that, but if you need a cheap, clean place to stay for a couple of nights, this might do the trick for you. But I moved to a full service hotel for the following week.
