Spacious Room

Good location, accessible to public transport. Room was very spacious. Has hot water. AC was pretty cold. TV had no cable or anything to watch. Wi-Fi a bit spotty. Asked to have room cleaned twice, but didn't.

Not the best experience

The place was quiet, but there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Also, the front desk staff was not very approachable. Unfortunately, we saw a couple of roaches in the place, so we would not be interested in staying here again. The front desk/lobby hours were very convenient for the staff, but not for guests. However, the air conditioning was good, and the internet connection would hold if the room door was open slightly. The place is off the main road, but one can find it. Finally, the water was hot, which made for good showers.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Was a little disappointed to find the room didn’t have the basics of other hotels such as a bar fridge or microwave. Especially in such a hot country but after I explained I needed a fridge for my medicine I found one had been organised for me free of charge and delivered to my room within the hour. Great customer service from the manager. Thank you.

Overall the room and rate were good for our 2 night stay. The hotel itself is difficult to locate because you can not see the property from the street, it’s behind another business and the signage is small, unlit, and buried behind the power lines. It’s really difficult to find if arriving at night. There was no working elevator as listed. On the plus side the rooms while showing their age are very clean. And very quiet when you close the door. Aircon and shower worked too. The mattress was in need of being replaced but was okay. Would recommend on a budget for a quick stay.

This place is a hidden gem..off the street and very quiet..i had a wonderful stay for a whole week. I really felt relaxed there. The property needs paint and and some repairs..but for the budget price i paid i was extremely happy there.
