Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We were not able to stay because there was no communication from the property owners or caretakers. We were not permitted to even see the reception desk to ask what unit number we are staying at. I did not receive any text messages or email from Expedia or vrbo. The only phone number I received from Expedia is a corporate number for Lumierre residences which office closed at 5 pm.
