Overall, we had a nice stay at The Residence. It’s in a cute local neighborhood, with lots of dining, bars, and shopping nearby. We did lots of sightseeing - all accessible by walking. The staff was very nice and helped store our bags after check out.
The room was a bit smaller than we anticipated, I think they may have put us in the wrong unit (we booked a superior king, but ours more resembled standard economy). We were only in Athens one night so we did not complain. We would stay again simply for the location!

This property was beautiful!l, we loved the pools! We were checking in with two friends whom also had booked this hotel post cruise. They were treated VERY differently upon check in than we were, clearly the hotel prefers direct bookings over Expedia bookings. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing 7 days at the resort. Our kids love everything about this place, from the food, the pool, the beach, the activities by Grecoland (kids’ park), the giant human-size chess board & ping-pong table. For the adults, nightly live band performances, the spa & gym, and the fine dinings were wonderful & impeccable. The wine recommendation from their in-house expert was always spot on. We also felt safe enough to let the kids run around the resort on their own. Best of all, the staff members were friendly and helpful. We had tremendous help from Nikos at the reception for recommendations & arrangement regarding restaurants, excursions and tours. We didn’t want to leave to go home!
