Historic Hotels & Resorts in Manicouagan from AU$137

The motel was very clean and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was that the electric sockets in the room would only work if the lights were on, which creates a problem if you wish to recharge your devices overnight. This resulted in having to use an extension cable from a socket in the bathroom. The main road from the ferry runs at the back of the property but our room was at the front and so not too intrusive.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. Our room was clean and very spacious. It had all amenities including iron, ironing board, fridge, desk etc. Bathroom was well appointed. The only negative was the air-conditioner wss not working

The staff on check-in were very pleaseant and helpful. The same for the breakfast staff. The continental breakfast was plentiful and constantly restocked. Our room, a Classic room with two double beds, was very spacious and also very clean. We had a small fridge and a microwave. There were two comfortable chairs and a table to sit at. We would recommend this hotet/motel as a great place to stay when exploring the area.
