The owner's suite bedroom features a primary bathroom with double bowl vanity and tile shower. Outside you will find a two tiered deck on 1/2+ acres. Home is located just off Route 283 within a short drive to Spooky Nook Sports Complex and inside of 30 minutes to Hershey Park.

Set along a paved roadway, only one neighbor to the left when facing the home. Short drive to shopping/restaurants. 2 minutes to Spooky Nook, and a short drive to Historic Mount Joy, with many shops and restaurants. Convenient access to route 283/30, Tanger and Rockvale Outlet shopping.

Recommended excursion to Chickies Rock in Marietta, a breathtaking scenic view above the Susquehanna river. Great location to take in a Sunset due to western facing overlook. Enjoy a picnic or a hike/bike ride on one of the many nearby trails.
