With room for up to 8 guests, everyone can settle in comfortably. The three bedrooms, all upstairs, feature plush king-sized beds dressed in crisp linens for a luxurious night’s sleep. The living room includes a queen sized pull out sofa bed.

Pamper
Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and spacious layouts. Floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, high-quality toiletries, and soft Turkish towels turn everyday routines into a spa-like experience. Whether you’re gearing up for an early tee time or winding down after a day of exploring Manhattan, you’ll love the extra touches.

Logistics
Parking is effortless with two garage spaces, two spots in the driveway, and additional street parking if needed. High-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected, and the home is equipped with everything from central air to laundry essentials, ensuring your stay is as seamless as it is comfortable.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the driveway and front door doorbell camera for your safety.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the condo. You may smoke outside of the building in the parking lot.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
