  • A newly furnished condo located across from
    Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

    The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball. This is a perfect location for any KSU event. Parking passes are provided for your stay!

    You will only be a short distance from Via Christie Hospital, NBAF, Aggieville and downtown.

    Available for month to month rental as well.

    This condo has four bedrooms. Two rooms are furnished with a king bed in each. The other two bedrooms have two full beds each. There are two full bathrooms along with an open kitchen and living room area. The living room has a pull out sofa and two reclining chairs.

Had a fabulous stay! Condo was great, such a good location for game day. Justin and Aimee were super responsive and easy to work with. We were 4 couples and we are already planning our stay there next fall!!
We tailgated right outside the condo.
