  • Newer home in a quiet family neighborhood in Manhattan with easy access to the university. This is a NO-SMOKING, NO PETS home featuring two living areas, four beds, two baths. The main floor features living area, dinning, kitchen, laundry, bedroom one with a queen bed, bedroom two with a twin bed, and one shared full bath. Lower level features a second living area, bedroom one with a king bed, bedroom two with a king bed and one shared full bath. The outdoor area features a covered patio with gas grill, TV and eating area. Our home has exterior security camera's that protect the parameter of our home.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The home is really nice and clean. Spacious enough for a family of six to enjoy. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. Bev & Phil were great with communication and also checking in on us to see if we needed anything.
