The hotel, food, drinks, entertainment and staff were amazing. The only issue was check-in. We arrived after 330 p.m. Check-in was at 3p.m. Our room wasn't ready so they took our bags and gave us our wristbands for the resort. We were told to come back after grabbing something to eat. We did just that. When we got back, it took us another 45 minutes to get our room assignment. There were so many guests and not enough staff. The staff were trying their best to process everyone while dealing with several aggravated guests. They handled everything as quickly as possible. That was my only complaint.
