Shower curtain installed improperly so water drips off onto bathroom floor and pools around toilet. Smoke alarm has small strobe flashing every few seconds, very distracting in darkened room. Chips and scrapes here and there. Disappointing. Room 114."

"Great value, clean and comfortable close to Costa Mar shopping Mall. The only issue is the loaction on Google Maps is not corect and the other Gran Imperial Hotel Tumbes is in an unsafe area. Follow the street adress not the hotel name. "
