Our property🏣, newly built and opened in 2025, was born out of love and attention to detail, designed to offer you peace, comfort, and moments that will stay in your heart. Located in a quiet residential area, our mini-suites offer the perfect balance between serenity and the vibrant energy of Montañita 🤍🌴

Each suite has been designed with intention and care, divided into two spaces that flow seamlessly to support your rest:

🌿 Ground Floor
A cosy and functional space that invites you to take your time and enjoy. Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen 🍽️☕ with a refrigerator, induction stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and all the tableware and utensils you need to enjoy your mornings and evenings.
The area is complemented by a dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa that unfolds into a functional mattress.

🌙 Upper Level
A bedroom that feels like a small private sanctuary 🤍
It features a king-size bed 🛏️, two nightstands, closets, outlets with USB and USB-C ports, and a vanity with a backlit touch mirror designed for those moments just for you.
This area also features a Smart TV 📺.

It also has a beautiful private balcony with an ocean view🌊, complete with two chairs 🪑🪑where you can sit, relax, and let the sea breeze envelop you🌅.

It also has a private bathroom 🚿 with hot water in the shower and sink.
This upper level also has its own air conditioning system, ensuring cool and peaceful nights.

Our accommodation features common areas, including a pool with pool balls and inflatable floats. It also features a spa pool where you can enjoy a relaxing massage 🏊🏼‍♀️.
Use of the barbecue with utensils so you can prepare a delicious barbecue🍗🍠.
Speakers are available so you can play your music at a moderate volume.
🏖️ We provide beach umbrellas and chairs with cup holders for you to use right in front of our beach ⛱️🌊.
And if that weren’t enough, we have our own enclosed car park 🚘🚗, which you can also access with a smart lock.
