Pros:This was located in a great area. The highlights were the size of the room. I like how the toilet and shower were in separate spaces and there was lots of room to get ready. Easy to get to the station and lots of things around us. Enjoyed the room amenities. Shampoo, lotion, face wash, toothbrush/paste. The fridge and freezer were a good size. Cons: smells like smoke in the whole building, the breakfast is not great tasting, the elevators are extremely hot (in July), no luggage forwarding ( that’s my own fault for not researching enough when booking) luggage forwarding is a game changer. The bed was very uncomfortable. A small detail, but inconvenient was that we had to order ice to the room instead of having the ability to get it when needed. This place is definitely dated and could use a refresh.

Good location, about 7mins sub-ground level walk to Hanshin Department Store, which leads to Umeda and Osaka Stations as well as Haruka express to KIX airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the sub ground level. (The sub-ground level shopping street closes at 11:55pm and opens at 5am) 3 lifts only serving 17 floors so can take time. Triple room size a little small compared to with Hanshin hotel but adequate. There was a dedicated smoking room on each floor so helpful as the smoking ban in Osaka streets. The only downsides for us) were some ladies touting on the street nearby and some loud cars revving at night.

Lovely property with great extra little touches. Great Location. Rooms are cramped for 4 people- ie no real space to keep suitcases
