Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. We had to leave early the next morning for my son's gymnastics comp and were told that breakfast would be waiting for us at 6.30, this was unexpected as breakfast is not usually served until 8.00. I couldn't ask for better service. You certainly wouldn't get a hotel offering you the same service if you were to check out early. Will definitely return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and clean with heating and electric blanket for those cold nights. The room provided everything that you would require for a hotel stay. Continental breakfast provided in the morning to save looking for somewhere to eat if you are the type that needs breakfast. The staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

I was concerned about the 'self check-in' style of the property and the fact there wasn't a manager on site, but everything worked seamlessly. The front door code worked just fine and the instructions were very clear on how to get into the room etc. The room we were given was just like the photos, clean, elegant and spacious.
