Unhappy with how some of the staff treated me after I had a necklace misplaced from my hotel room. They first blamed me for misplacing it, then said that the vacuum from the cleaners could’ve sucked it up.

The room was spotless and roomy with everything you could possibly need. The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough to make my stay memorable. Check-in was flawless greeted by welcome staff.
