This cozy three-room apartment offers a large furnished terrace where you can relax outside, a bright double bedroom and a second bedroom with a sofa bed, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The location is ideal for quick access to the lakefront, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area. Guests have access to a large car park, convenient and always accessible.
Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals. To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security. All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property. Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.
