"Little gem of a place. I stayed here as I had tickets to the F1 race in Monza and was looking for affordable accommodation. This was a lovely surprise, just minutes by foot to the Lago di Garda. The staff was fantastic: they even made a cold plate for me, when I arrived after the race, just minutes after the kitchen closed. I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area. "

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"A great property, would recommend. The only slight negative was a moderately busy road nearby so you can hear traffic noise when in the garden. Easy walks to restaurants and lake beaches, but best to have a hire car to really explore the area."
