"Overall, our stay at Riva was pleasant, the beach was very convenient and clean, the staff were courteous, helpful and the resort is as green and lush as you could imagine. The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient.
