Really accommodating, friendly, nice, professional, helpful and available staff. Entertainment staff (Louis, Franklin, Louis, Antonio, Evelin, Yufreisi etc. are great and work really hard with day & evening activities. They have something different every night and try to get everyone involved. We had a great time at all the parties and shows. Bartenders were great, plentiful and super friendly (Dorka, Carlos, Franklin, etc.). Pool and beach are beautifully set up and clean. Rooms are a nice size, full beds & an extra cot they added that was comfortable w/ couch and back porch area.

Entertainment staff was great. Cleanliness was fantastic. Food was mixed, some 7/10 meals, some 4/10. Reservations at the restaurants are nearly impossible to get, we ate most dinners after 8 pm in order to get a reservation at all. Rooms were a little dated with no electrical and some care delinquencies. Sand had thorns we both had stepped on. Jacuzzis were ice cold. Speaking only English was a little difficult. Very European and Spanish-speaking guests. The staff trying to aggressively push timeshare meetings was annoying. We learned to love our time there but we needed to look past a lot. The temps were great and place is generally beautiful. My wife loved it raining on and off all day, I did not. Some jellyfish at times and no staff cleared them from the beach. Drink service was great sometimes, especially at evening entertainment, but hard to get at times poolside. Not the resorts issue, but flights out were impossible, American cancelled our flights multiple times and sent us all the way across country to fly out.

The access into the ocean from the beach was excellent. Proximity of swim up pool to ocean was great. Resort was very clean. Good service. Occasionally had a hot water issue. Loved the preferred club restaurant by the beach. Could use more seating for some night time other than the big show. Add more tables to lobby bar for example. You can't really call the sports bar a sports bar.
