"Without a doubt, this was a 5/5 stay and property. Everything really went perfectly during the week-long stay. Incredibly organized staff, nice and quiet on my floor. Spotlessly clean in all parts of the property. And that newly redone fitness center / saunas area is like a day spa included in the price of the hotel. Just fantastic and now officially my preferred place to stay in CP (having overtaken The Imperial)"

"This hotel was amazing! Beyond accommodating and kind. They treat you like a celebrity guest as soon as you walk in. Anil and Robin were especially helpful staff…I allowed my friend to leave his bag in my room and when I wasn’t there to meet him they accompanied him to retrieve it and made sure to know exactly what he was taking. They were so pleasant and sweet. They even gave me a special farewell gift. The pool is beautiful! Rooms are exceptionally clean! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff at The Hub was so nice and professional! My absolute favourite hotel in India!"

"Firstly, the staff were just lovely. Their offer for assistance and quickness to respond were amazing. The location of the hotel was within a small block of what I worked describe as alley ways. We were picked up at 4AM for a Taj Tour, and there were people asleep in the alley ways within a short distance from the hotel and unavoidably required to walk past. While there was no issues at all, this was not a situation where I felt 100% comfortable and I would absolutely not let my wife or daughter in that environment. The hotel itself was safe and comfortable enough , but IMO not aligned to the >9 star review and required some attention. It was clean ish but required some TLC. For example the shower head attachment wasn’t on correct and it sprayed water all over the bathroom. The bedding, while not visibly a problem didn’t feel clean or crisp and the walls needed a wipe. I would recommend this from a price point perspective, but would strongly recommend doing your research."

The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment. "
